Paper Submission

Important Deadlines:
Abstract submission deadlines: April 30, 2010
Notification of paper acceptance: May 15, 2010

Submissions:
Authors should submit their papers by e-mail to vsl@virtualsciencelab.org. Paper acceptance will be based solely on the information provided on the 2-page abstract submitted. If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your own, it may be done until the submission deadline. 

Abstract Specifications:
Your abstract must comply with the following specifications (please use our template to meet the specifications below)

1. Abstract length: two pages, including figures, tables and references;
2. Abstract size: A4 (210 x 297 mm) or US letter (8.5" x 11");
3. Fonts: Times New Roman 10pt (for those using MS Word) or Roman 10pt (for those using LaTeX);
4. File format: Adobe PDF (.pdf) two columns;
5. Allowed file size: 2 MB;
6. Do not page number your abstract;
7. Do not apply security settings to your PDF file;
